A: Yes. Since our extensions are made of 100% human hair, they can be dyed to darker colors. Our Virgin Hair series can be bleached to light blonde (e.g., #613 or #60) by a professional colorist. We always recommend performing a strand test first.
A: We supply both, and we offer fully customizable hair ratios to match your target market:
Standard Options: You can choose from our standard Single Drawn (natural taper) or Double Drawn (thick ends) collections.
Custom Ratios: As a factory-direct supplier, we can customize the specific hair ratio according to your requirements. Whether you need a specific fullness (e.g., 15%, 30%, or 50＋% long strands), we can produce the exact volume and thickness you desire.
Part 2: Orders, MOQ & Samples
A: To ensure the highest quality, we operate on a Make-to-Order basis, meaning all products are freshly manufactured specifically for you. We do not keep old stock.
MOQ Policy: We have no strict MOQ (even 1 pack is acceptable for samples).
Shipping Recommendation: Since shipping is charged by weight/parcel, we highly recommend ordering at least 5 packs (approx. 500g) per order. This makes the international shipping cost much more cost-effective for you compared to shipping just a single item.
A: Yes! We offer a “Paid Sample, Free Refund” policy.
While our sample kits are initially charged to cover shipping and material costs, 100% of the sample fee will be deducted from your first wholesale order. This effectively makes the samples FREE for our serious partners.

Part 4: Shipping, Payment & Taxes
A: No, shipping costs are NOT included.
EXW Pricing: All our wholesale quotes are EXW (Ex-Works) prices, meaning they cover the product cost only. Shipping fees are paid by the buyer.
Calculation: Shipping is calculated separately based on the total weight of your order and your destination.
Cost Tip: Since international shipping has a base rate, ordering in bulk (e.g., over 500g or 1kg) will significantly lower the shipping cost per item.
A: Since all orders are freshly manufactured (Make-to-Order), please calculate the total delivery time as: Production Time + Shipping Time.

2. Shipping Options : You can choose the shipping method that best fits your timeline and budget:
