1. Return Conditions
Due to the nature of hair extensions and for health and safety reasons, we strictly adhere to the following return conditions:
- Original Condition: Products must be in their original state—unopened, unused, uncut, uncolored, and unwashed.
- Tamper-Evident Seals: The original ties and packaging must be intact. Once the gold/silver ties have been removed or the packaging has been opened, the product is no longer eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene regulations.
- Free Gifts: Any complimentary gifts included with your order must be returned along with the product.
2. Return Period
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at info@linwenhair.com with your Order Number, a brief description of the reason for return, and clear photos of the product and its packaging.
- Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Shipping: Please use a trackable shipping service. Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or quality defect), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
- Inspection: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card).
- Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a defective product or shipping error on our part.
5. Exceptions & Special Cases
- Custom Orders: All custom orders (specific colors, lengths, or custom textures) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Clearance Items: Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.
- Defective Products: If you receive a product with a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
